Q: ihone 6 completely failure

Good day gentlemen,

i have iPhone 6 is over heating , switch off automatically after screen changed & switch on again in the same time switching off and when start to update iOS will shut down showing need itunes then all my data gone.

this iPhone 6 working one year only so please I need help for this satution.
