Q: New cover image does not appear in iPad preview

I replaced the image on the cover. New image appears when I preview on my MacBookPro but not when I preview on the iPad Pro: the old image stills appears. How can I fix this? Maybe I deleted the original placeholder. Would this cause the problem? If so, how can I fix it?

Try selecting Reset for iBooks Store from the File Menu in iBooks Author before exporting to iBooks for you iPad.

 

OR delete the original file from your iPad before adding the new version.
