Changing address
Hello there
I recently moved from Australia to the US and would like to change my address using my existing Apple ID. Could you please help me?

You can manage and edit all aspects of your Apple ID account by logging in.
https://www.apple.com/support/appleid/manage-account/
Note that to change your store country, you will need an address and a credit card issued in the new country.
