Q: iBooks Crashed

Dear Apple,

 

I am using iPad Mini, i just update version 9.3.5, now i got an issue with iBooks. When i open it about a minute and then the app iBook quit unexpectely. These issue happened when i update to latest version 9.3.5.

 

Let me know how to fix an issue iBooks Crashed.

    My iBooks screen turns completely black 10 seconds after opening a book although the screen reader will still read the page. I just can't see anything. If I close the program and it does open normal then the screen reader says"no content could be found on screen."

     

    Guys please fix the software. Since your last update my iPhone 6plus iOS 9.3.5 *****. I always loved Apple products but I do not right now. It takes 2 to 3 times longer to do anything on my phone

    Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

    Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).

     

    If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

    If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's an encrypted backup.
