Q: Would I be better off buying a used Thunderbolt Display that's in great condition or another monitor the equivalent to it brand new?

I Want to get a monitor for my MacBook 13" retina and I'm not sure to get a brand new monitor equivalent to the spec of the Thunderbolt Display or just buy a used Thunderbolt Display that is in great condition ?
