Q: Print to non AirPrint compatible usb printer connected to airport
I just bought an Airport Express and connected to a HP 8820 USB printer hoping to print wirelessly from my iPhone. I just realized that (most probably) the printer is not AiPrint compatible. Any ideas (apart from buying another printer)?

I could not find an HP8820 on the list of AirPrint compatible devices, but might have missed. The complete list is in this document for your review:

However......even if the HP 8820 were AirPrint compatible, it would not work while connected to the USB port of an AirPort router or a computer. Apple takes the "Air" in AirPrint very seriously. The printer needs to connect using wireless.
