Q: '1 item could not be synced' problem

I've noticed this problem a few times, without a clear resolution ....... this works for me.

 

I manually sync music from iTunes to my phone and when I get the ''1 item could not be synced. See iTunes for more information'' message I shut down my phone, quit iTunes then reopen the phone, restart iTunes and usually that works............I can then sync the tracks I want.

 

iTunes, as usual was no help whatsoever.
