Bluetooth File Exchange bug, app size of main window not change

Hi

My Bluetooth File Exchange app has a bug: app size of main window not changes horizontally.

Version 4.4.6 (4.4.6f1) on El Capitan, on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

How I can change, the horizontal size of the main windows (I can only increase)
