Q: All Audio Died on my MacBook Pro!

Just last night I was watching YouTube as I was going to sleep, I woke up this morning and opened the mac and heard a constant beating so I closed it, waited for it to stop and reopened it. But then when I reopened it none of the audio worked! I've tried reinstalling the operating system so far and that didn't fix anything.

The following are what work and don't work:

3.5mm Headphones - Don't work

Built in Speakers - Don't work

Digital Out (Fibre Optical Connection) - Doesn't work

HDMI - Works

Thunderbolt -> HDMI Adapter - Works

USB Headset (TurtleBeach PX3) - Works

Someone please help me. I know that on my model of MacBook Pro with Retina Display that the Audio jack is attached to the main logic board and that I do not have ANY options in System Prefs. -> Sound -> Output/Input. There are no options on either unless if I have an HDMI Display with speakers connected or I have the USB Headset connected! I seriously need this to work for I bought this Mac for specifically school.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Just an addition! I just plugged in my headphones to the 3.5mm Audio Jack (Headphones are the Apple EarPods) and I hear that beating pulse through the EarPods, No other audio other than that. I've tried Spotify and iTunes.
