Features missing

I just purchased a new iPod Nano from Apple and noticed many features missing comparing it to my iPod Nano (5th Gen).

Hardware features like the camera (but yet it supports photos and videos - very odd), and the speaker. I loved that my 5th Gen Nano had speakers. Even if I just used them once in a while - it sure was handy. I can live without the camera, but I wish it still had a speaker.

Software features like no song time display of the current song and progress bar? I rely HEAVILY on the song elapsed time and time left displays since I am a Fitness instructor. All of my routines are based on time! How in the world has this been left out? You've basically prevented most Fitness Instructors from using a new Nano for their classes.

And lastly - another heavily used feature by fitness instructors...no screen timeout control? So I can no longer set the screen to be "Always On"? WHY????

The software features should be easily fixable with a software update - are there any plans to fix this?

Very disappointed in this new iPod Nano...how can I get a refund?

iPod nano, Other OS, null
