Initially I was trying to reach find my iphone on my PC, but the main menu did not appear. I then tried to uninstall iCloud (to reinstall it), but I cannot uninstall it or repair it, either through control panel or the iCloud installer. I get the window "Error getting file security: C:\ProgramData\Apple\Installer Cache\iCloud Control Panel 5.2.2.87\ GetLastError: 5."
How do I get the main menu to appear in iCloud on my PC?

Thanks, zinacef, but those are the instructions I followed, only to get the error window I mentioned above. I cannot change or remove iCloud from my PC.
There is apparently something wrong with my installation because no option appears for iCloud's main menu. And, as I mentioned, I cannot repair or completely remove the installation to try again.
Any suggestions?

I'm making progress solving this problem. I was able to uninstall and reinstall iCloud for Windows 10 with Revo Uninstaller. However, after reinstallation, I cannot bring up the main menu and therefore "find my iphone," which is what I wanted to do in the first place. How do I do that in iCloud on my PC? Thanks, zinacef.
Sounds like it may not have uninstalled completely. Try uninstalling, once again, but this time, restart the PC after uninstalling.
Well (he said red-faced), I see that find my iphone isn't reachable through iCloud for Windows. You have to go into www.iCloud.com/find (with sign-in). Then it works.
