iPad Pro Keyboard - continuous

About every other day, I will find my iPad Pro continuously beeping. Laying flat on my desk with the keyboard closed or in my briefcase. The only way to stop the beeping is to remove the keyboard completely. Just opening doesn't stop it.

I think it's related to notifications happening, as there are always notifications on the splash screen when I open the keyboard. In the case of it laying on my desk, there shouldn't be any buttons pressed, although that could be the case in a briefcase.

Several others in my organization are experiencing the same issue.
