Siri doesn't work but mic does..

i try looking up online couldn't find any answer for this

check setting and everything seems to be right..siri doesn't work and texting mic doesn't work( if thats what you call.)

but on whats app i can record sound or on camera or rec voice apps. so i dont know whats the issue ?

any one can help out
