phone inop
i am out of the country and my phone is in recovery mode i only have my non mac computer and my work protocols will not allow me to download iTunes. do i have any other options to recover the phone?

See if you can go somewhere to a computer that has iTunes, or check for an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider. You will need a computer and iTunes to recover.
