Q: A question about calibrating my ipod nano
Good evening.
I own an Apple iPod Nano (A1446) - 7th Generation. I use it when I'm running. Today I went for a run and the end of the work out I was given the option of whether I wanted to calibrate the number of miles provided by the device, I decided to calibrate it... but about 4 hours later I realized that I had made a mistake when calibrating the number of miles..so I wanted to check whether I could modify my previous calibration consequently I decided to go to "Reset calibration" and then I clicked on "run calibration" and then I clicked "reset calibration".. ... I'm concerned because now under "run calibration" I get the message "uncalibrated" I think before doing the reset calibration the message I got was "calibrated"... so what does that mean? will I still be provided the option of "Calibration" after my work outs?
Thank you.

You may have set the calibration to the default value, which is how the iPod is calibrated out of the box (or after doing a Restore). The next time you run, use a course for which you know the exact distance. After the run, use the calibrate command on the run summary screen. The user guide describes how to calibrate the 7th gen iPod nano (see page 37-38)
