I've been using the L2TP VPN in OS X Server for the past 2-years and only had to a couple of ports (I think 500 & 4500) in Little Snitch for it to work. I use the VPN infrequently and noticed several weeks ago that I could no longer connect and needed to allow "racoon" to access 2 random outgoing ports each time that I tried to connect from a client device / IP address. I've searched the web for a way to specify the outbound port, but have not found an answer. I have UDP port forwarding for ports 500, 4500 & 1701 set up in my router. Thanks in advance for your help!
