Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you are not getting the button to purchase or buy a song from the iTunes Store on your iPhone. I would suggest by quitting the iTunes Store app and restarting your iPhone. These following articles provide the steps for each, if you need a reminder:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have you got a credit /debit card on your account if not buy a prepaid itunes card .
