How to Sync Apple Music from iTunes to iPhone

Hi all,

I just got an Apple Music subscription and I am running into an issue of syncing playlists or songs across iOS devices. If I make a playlist on my iTunes, I want it to sync with my iPhone and vice versa. Or if I download a song on my phone, I want it to auto download into my iTunes library. Is there a way to do this?
