Q: can't sync my iPad on iTunes
Hello,
I do not speak English.
IL a few days ago I tried to connect my iPad 4 generation system update my Mac OSX El Capitan, system day also.
the icon of the iPad is briefly appeared on iTunes then quickly disappeared. iTunes sent me the following message: "iTunes can not read the iPad content Teiki Go to the Summary tab of the preferences of the iPad and click Restore to restore the original settings for this iPad.".
This is the first time I encounter this problem. I said that my iPad is not jailbroken I am not a follower of these techniques.
if you can send me a tutorial to get out of this impasse that would help me.
Thanks in advance

Hey Teikib,
Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. We can see from your post that you're iPad is not being recognized in iTunes and you're receiving an error message and a prompt to restore. We'd be happy to provide you with some direction to resolve this.
Let's start by following the steps here: If iTunes doesn‘t recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. If you are still prompted to restore and you've previously created a back up within iTunes or iCloud, you can restore from that back up following these steps here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Let us know how that works out for you.
Cheers.
