Hi- I am trying to update my phone to 9.3.5 but the screen on my phone says to plug it into itunes. I do this, and the download gets to 1.79 GB of 1.88 and then I get an error and I am back to square one. Please advise. My iphone is a useless brick. I can't even hard restart it to get into the phone. How do I get my phone to be useable again?

I am having the same boot loop issue but i never officially updated to 9.3.5 it was just downloaded to my phone and caused havoc and acted like a virus and started the crashing and boot loop into the Apple Logo. Phone would loop until the battery was dead and writing all of the free space into garbage then crash the OS.
I'm have the same problem. I updated my phone and since then it's been i recovery mode, I've tried connecting it to itunes but code 1671 comes up. It's annoying as I need my phone for work.
