Q: Disc Recording Not Found...

I'm trying to burn a playlist onto an unused CD-R, but every time I hit 'burn playlist to disc,' choose my settings, and hit 'burn,' the info bar at the top of itunes says, "Disc Recording Not Found." I have a Windows 7 laptop with Itunes on it. Is there a way I can override this issue? Is the issue with the CD-R or Itunes?
