Q: Can I exchange for another Beats with different color after purchasing?

You should be fine. I'd take the original receipt with you though, even though they should have you in their system. The only possible issue I see would be if they are in-ear headphones. I know Apple's policy with in-ear headphones are a little different just due to the cleanliness aspect of returning them. I'd give the store you purchased them from a call just to verify.

If the headphones were obtained from a Campus Store, they must be exchanged at the same Campus Store and are subject to that store’s policies and procedures.
