HI... i got a problem with app store ... i tryed to buy an app and surprisingly i didnt had enough money ... the app did not download but now my account is blocked and i cannot download any app enev if it is free to download . Can u **** me with this issue ? Thank you verry much .

What exactly is the problem ? If you bought something and you didn't have enough money to cover the purchase you probably now owe iTunes money - until you pay what you owe you won't be able to download anything, including free items and app updates : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
