You should contact Supprot. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
Hi. Check the purchase history of your iTunes Store account, via a computer, following this procedure:
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
If you can't find anything, then contact your financial institute for further assistance.
