Does anyone else have a flickering changing screen and mouse cursor which occurred in the last 48 hrs ??

Does anyone else have a flickering screen and mouse cursor which occurred within the last 24 to 48 hrs on their MAC running El Capitan ??? My computer was fine when I went to work at 3 pm but when I got home and went to use it it is almost impossible to use due to screen changing and cursor movement all by itself. Is anyone else having this problem recently ??

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I see that you're having issues with your screen and mouse cursor flickering. I use my MacBook Pro all the time, so I can appreciate the importance of resolving this. I'm happy to offer a suggestion that may help. You should try resetting your Mac's NVRAM, which may clear this up. Here are instructions:
