Q: Connection error with iTunes when purchasing

Hello,

I play a game on my iPhone called "Heroes Charge" which has been downloaded from Apple Store, and I want to make a purchase in the game. When I confirm my purchase pressing "Yes" it says "Cannot connect to iTunes".

Please help

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.3

Thanks for your reply. I have followed the instructions but still the same problem. It says "cannot make a purchase. Please contact apple support" and "cannot connect iTunes"

I have downloaded an app "iTubes connect" and tried to login with my apple ID but.. Have a look at the screenshot
