Q: screen unresponsive

Hi,

I'm using an iphone 5 (iOS 9.3) and my screen is unresponsive to touch. The "lockscreen" seems to be of an iphone that's sleeping and the home button needs to be pressed for a long time for the screen to show up. After pressed, it only shows one screen (one of my app groups) and I can't exit that screen, but my assistive touch still works although it doesn't make anything happen. The clock, wifi/signal bars, and battery percentage still moves accordingly.
