hi again i tried doing that but now my iphone screen is stuck on the itune screen since yesterday i cant do anything i cant even connect to itunes now.How do i remove this stuck screen?
What happens when you connect the phone to your computer, does your computer's iTunes recognise it ?
If it does recognise it, what happens when you use those instructions to reset the phone ?
