I deleted by mistake the latest backup for my iPhone directly in iTunes preferences. I want to recover it. How can I do this ? I look into User/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/BackUp and it is not there anymore. Where could I find the deleted folder containing my latest backup ? I have a MacBookAir ElCapitain with iPhone 5C 9.3.5. I look for hidden files in Trash but there isn't anything...

If it isn't in the Trash (sometimes using an application feature to delete files bypasses the Trash) then the only place is on a backup of your computer. Do you use Time Machine?
No I don't use Time Machine... but I find a .ipsw file... do you think I can do something with it ?
