Q: iMessage & Facetime Activation Charges

I am using iPhone6 Plus (ios 9.3.4) and my imessage and facetime were working fine. One day accidentally these both services got disabled on my phone. And now my carrier keep charging me for the activation message charges (Message " your carrier may charge....." keep appearing on my phone). On the advise of some apple expert i turned off both iMessage and Facetime in Settings but message  "your carrier may charge" wont stop appearing and keep draining my mobile balance amount. Please h

Did you try signing out of your Apple ID and restart the phone?

You can also try Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings which will return the phone to out of the box condition with regard to all of the phone's settings. You will have to re-enter all settings again including passwords for all WiFi networks.
