I am on a large network, and would like to setup a printer for AirPrint from a couple iPads, but I don't want other devices to be able to print to it, is this possible? I am open to any laser printer that is Ethernet capable.
The only way to do this is to create a small password protected wifi network for the printer, and limit its connections to the MAC addresses of the devices you want to allow to connect.
That way only those devices can connect and use the printer.
The Wifi network you create does not need internet access.
