Q: airdrop not working (Macbook)

I have new mac book 12" and the airdrop is not working.

I connected same wifi with my iPhone6s/ipad pro2, and turn on bluetooth in all of the devices.also I turn off the firewall. but It is not working (The airdrop is working between iPhone and iPad).

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Congratulations on your new Macbook!
I'm sorry you are unable to use Airdrop. ISome more information would be helpful.
Are you trying to share files from your iPhone and iPad to your Macbook, or the other way around?
When does the issue happen exactly? Is there a problem when you try to share a file, or do you not even see the device you want to share the files with as an option? Did you set up your Macbook to be seen by everyone, or just your contacts?
