I want to change Apple stores to a different country but can't change while I have credit in my current store. How do I spend this credit?

By buying something. If your credit isn't large enough to buy something, you add a credit card and the remainder will be charged to that. If you don't want to do that, contact Apple Support.

You must spend your balance before you can change stores.
If your store credit is less than the cost of a single item on the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store, you can add a credit card to your account. When you buy an item, you will use the remaining store credit and charge the remainder of the purchase to your credit card.
If you don't have a credit card, contact iTunes Store support.
