Q: connecting to iTunes Connect

I cannot sign into iTunes Connect on my iphone 5.  I have downloaded the ap and signed into Apple but it won't let me.  The error message says "Your Apple ID isn't associated with a content provider in iTunes Connect.  (2002).

What does that even mean?

    Thanks for joining Apple Support Communities. What I'm gleaning from your post is you're wanting to sell iBooks through iTunes but not able to log into the iTunes Connect application to do so. I'll see what I can do to help.

    iTunes Connect Support -- Use this article to troubleshoot your inability to log into the iTunes Connect app on your iPhone. If nothing there helps, click the "Contact Apple Developer Support" at the bottom of the page.
