Keychain keeps unlocking.
Hi.
Every time I lock, the same popping messages demand unlocking - Mail and Safari will freeze unless it's unlocked...

Based on what you stated, it seems you may be experiencing / having issues with apps accessing your keychain and passwords. To resolve this, use Safe Mode to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, delete system cache files, verifies your startup disk, and attempts to repair directory issues if needed. Log into your user account in Safe Mode and test the issue again, then restart your Mac normally and test the issue one more time.
Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up
