So the storage on my ipad air is cramed full. I try to free up space by deleting photos when im at my house (no wifi) but when i get to school the following day its shows im right back at 0 free space. its done this two or three times. One time it showed i had over 200 mb free after deleting then 0 the following day. At one point it was randomly restarting. Anbody know whats going on?

Are you also Removing the deleted images from the Recently Deleted album? That's the only way to regain space.
If you have iCloud Photo Library enabled, as soon as you turn Wi-Fi on again, it syncs all your images back. To conserve space on your device, select iCPL to keep an Optimized local library.
Yes ive been deleting them from recently deleted. No iCPL isnt enabled.
In that case, Restore it. If Restore from Backup doesn't work, the next step would be to Restore as New, but that's a lot more work.
