Hi. Exactly what is the message you see? Are you sure it's coming from Apple TV and not from the TV set itself? What are you doing when you see the message?

    1. Check that the HDMI cable is correctly seated at both ends.
    2. Try disconnecting the cable and connecting it again.
    3. Try another HDMI cable.
    4. Try the Apple TV with another TV

You may wish to try the following:

Press and hold the menu and the volume down button simultaneously on the remote for six seconds, the Apple TV should then begin to cycle through the various resolutions available to it at 20 second intervals.. If you see a picture appear up on your screen, use the remote to scroll down to the OK option and select it.

That's way when start on TV with maximum 1080i get this message unsupporte.

So, it sounds like your TV is saying that ATV is sending an unsupported video format. When you hold Menu and volume Down as Winston suggested, ATV changes format every 20 seconds. You need to wait until you get a picture, then click the Accept option that appears. It sounds like your ATV has been set to an incompatible format. If you change it to Auto, it should just work. Note that, in addition to the various resolutions, there are 50 and 60 Hz versions of each format. Some TV sets can only handle one or the other.

I Did it with this way as you mention, holding Menu and Volume Down and keept pressing more than a minute till I get the picture displayed on my TV.

I Did that's before but for less than 20 second that's way didn't work.

Now its solve the problem and very thanks for your help.

Good. You should look in the Audio Video settings to see what format you need for this TV. Also, try changing the video mode to Automatic and see if it works. If it doesn't, you know how to recover now.
