USB 3 El Capitan

Hi guys,

Quick question. I have a Mac Pro Tower with Lion and El Capitan on different partitions. Same PCI USB 3.0 card works on Lion but not on El Capitan. Is there a specific driver or El Capitan doesn't accept old cards?

I googled it but online I can only find discussions about amending System DSDT for specific cards.

Anyone with same issue?
