Q: how can I fix iphone and ipad to recognize my air printer.  I have t o unplug printer and wait 30 seconds before replugging and then they both recognize printer

How can I fix iphone 6s and ipad air when they do not recognize my air printer.  After unplugging printer for 30 seconds, they can connect to printer

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.2, Unable to access mail
