Hi

I Am wondering if it's possible to turn a laptop of running Windows 7 into a OS X Mac and wipe out everything ?

OS X is only licensed to run on Apple Macintosh hardware. OS X also depends on the firmware (aka BIOS) in Macintosh hardware.
