I have 3000 plus messages in my sent mailbox. Using El Capitan how can I empty it?
Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Use the Delete feature. Yo can go to the Sent Box then Edit and then Select All and then Delete to delete all.
You can only select a group to delete too

Also, are you storing Sent Messages on the Server?
Have an external drive backup but lllaass's worked. Thanks anyway. Now I have to learn how to withdraw a question from the community.
