Q: Call issues
I just had two different phone calls where the caller could hear me but I could not hear the caller. The call worked for the first couple of minutes and then the tool bar showed the loading icon. Does anyone know what this is our had this problem before?

Make sure your iPhone iOS software is up to date.
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
Latest iOS version available is 9.3.5.
