I bought the phone after eBay THIS C and came home to me a phone iCloud is blocked

I can not help people to do should your phone support can help me with the problem enabled iCloud for iPhone

anyone can help me I paid $ 350 for this phone but when got home telefonu is stuck in iCloud not the can activate the one that I bought does not want telefonu nor to give me money please help me thank you !

The iPhone has an Aviation Lock >> Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you turn on your device and you're asked for the previous owner's Apple ID and password, the device is erased but still linked to the previous owner's account.

Contact the seller on eBay and see if you can get a refund.
