Q: ipod nano 7th identifying problem

It can be recognized when it is in disk mode or right after reboot.

when it is in disk mode(pushed volume up/down while it boots), it is recognized well. Whenever I try to connect iPod with my computer or to charge it with USB charger, it works well.

but in IOS, it can be just recognized right after reboot. And then I pulled out USB from iPod, and I re-try to connect iPod to my computer to to charge it with USB charger, it doesn't work. It cannot be recognized.

I already reset iPod in DFU mode and change computer and USB cable, everything showed same situation.

Please share your experiences or suggestions to solve this problem thanks.

iPods (that are not iPod touch) do not run "iOS," and something called "DFU mode" applies to iOS devices (like iPod touch and iPhone), so parts of your post are confusing.  iPod nano is a simple media player that runs its own software, not an iOS computing device.

Are you saying it is recognized properly when connected in Disk Mode, which is this procedure

but not when it's connected normally?

A 7th gen iPod nano looks like this (with varying color).  Is this the iPod model you have?
