iPod
Q: My ipod 7th gen. is frozen and says ok to disconnect
I just got ipod nano in the mail. I hooked it up to computer to start downloading songs, got done and click eject device but white screen staid up and says ok to disconect. now i cant do anything on the ipod nano.

I don't know why it became "frozen" while ejecting, but when an iPod is unresponsive, you can do a Reset (restart)
