Q: i downloaded the software updat ios 9.3.5 and now nothing works on my phone what should i do i dont want to lose my pictures or anything like that

my phone basically crashed and i want to know how to fix it i have unlimited data and i cant even use safari and i dont want to lose pics contacts or anything esc.

You didn't make sure that everything was stored on your computer and/or cloud service before updating?

You would need to restore your iPhone is a reset doesn't work.
