There's very little chance that plugging in some accessory in the past had impact on your current battery life, unless it was broken and somehow messed your phone. (And I mean hardware, not software)
for the future, always be sure to use MFI (Made for iPhone) certified accessories.

Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for your iPhone to be checked and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (whether under warranty or via chargeable repair service, depending on what Apple advises):

In future, do not connect any non-Apple accessories to your iPhone unless they are certified under Apple's Made for iPhone program:
