Q: Can I use DHCP with both static and dynamic IPv4 address?

I hope I am asking this question correctly - Can I use DHCP with both static and dynamic IPv4 address?

The thing is that at work I have a set IPv4 address which only works there and I have to set it up manually each morning. When I go home or elsewhere I need to set up automatic DHCP and 'renew lease' in order to get a randomly assigned IPv4 address which enables Internet connections. At work, I can also use any randomly assigned IPv4 address to go online, but then I am locked out of some of the content limited to others in my organisation and available to me through the set IPv4 address.

Is there a possibility of setting up my MacBook Pro to use both the manual and automatic settings as needed? Or at least to set up a browser to use both settings?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
