Q: issue with Icloud ID & my old Apple ID

Hi guys,

i have an issue with my Icloud ID, first of all i have changed  my apple ID to new one.

and i can't create a new apple ID based on the new one !!!

and above all, i see my icloud e-mail is same as the old one, i have tried everything but didn't change =(

appreciate your help in this regard.
