Q: Powerpoint slide show won't advance without mouse click

I have a PowerPoint 2016 for Mac slideshow that is set to simply advance from one slide to another after 5 seconds throughout the presentation. No transition effects or animations of any kind.

In Keynote, it will only advance if each slide is manually clicked.  Is this expected behavior with Keynote that just has to be accepted?

Thank you

A number of features from PowerPoint are not interpreted by Keynote.

    Set Keynote to self play:

Inspector > Document > Document > in the presentation Dropdown Menu, select Self Playing, enter a value in the delay box for the time the slide is to show.

Thanks - it worked, in fact it had the slide timings I had set in PowerPoint. But it turned out that this was dumb luck - a different transition time in PowerPoint didn't change Keynote's self play value. I did notice that even if I exported to PowerPoint using Keynote, it reverted to being NOT self playing.

This seems like a really basic feature that is not being interpreted. Open Office can at least self play a PowerPoint Show. It may interpret some "special effects" incorrectly, but it does try to muscle through.
